My design specialist listened to my specific needs and considered our budget. The installers were very professional, efficient and asked me questions to make sure it was perfect. They wiped down every shelf before leaving which allowed me to immediately start on putting things away. I hadc3 areas done and I love each closets design. One last praise: each time I called the office, the phone was answered by a lovely person who answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this local company.

We recently had our second and third spaces designed and built by St Charles Closets. Thanks to our designer, our pantry, master bath, and bedroom closet designs are functional and beautiful to look at. Installers were on time, courteous, and efficient. We are happy repeat customers!

From start to finish, the process was easy! Megan made it very easy to design because she listened to what we were interested in. We made little tweaks here and there and she was very quick to respond. The installers did a great job and they were extremely professional. They even helped me bring up another piece of furniture for the closet when they were finished. Five stars all around for service. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a great closet!

We love our closets! It’s amazing what they can come up with in an empty space!

Truthfully speaking, best investment we’ve done to our house! From start to finish, Noelle was excellent listening and making adjustments as my ideas came to life. So responsive by phone and email when my ideas changed. Loved the process from start to finish! Every detail was perfect! To our amazing installers, thank you so much for your hard work and time to make every detail come to life! The installers even wiped everything down once completed so I was ready to start organizing! We are already making appointments for our design for our mudroom and pantry. Thank you so much Noelle and installers! Great company and great employees behind it!

From the minute we met with Noelle to design our closet to the “work-in-progress” refinements and changes throughout the construction process, Noelle was attentive and extremely accommodating to our change requests. We couldn’t be happier with the final design and installation. The day the two professional installers arrived, they went over every aspect of the design with us and answered any and all questions we had. Once they began, everything went together as planned and we had our beautiful walk-in closet complete in one day! Every person we worked with displayed the epitome of professionalism. I won’t hesitate to contact Noelle and St. Charles Closet again for our next project! Thank you to all!

Great experience, Noelle listened and came up with a great solution. The person installing it was nice, courteous , and great attention to detail.

From design to scheduling to installation, St. Charles Closets is amazing! Kristina listened to our needs, and after viewing our space, was able to envision the perfect set up and get a proposal to us quickly. She was a great, thorough partner throughout the entire project. Additionally, there was easy online payment, and the crew of 5 that did the installation was extremely professional, courteous, expedient and sure to get input from us whenever they had questions. They even made sure to wipe down and vacuum everything before they left. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

I had the best experience with St Charles Closet! My big project was a pantry off my kitchen and it turned out so amazing! Kristina has an excellent eye for detail and design and the installers were excellent as well. I couldn’t be more thrilled and will happily recommend them to my family and friends.
